PRIZEWINNERS RECEPTION.

On November 27th, a prizegiving & reception was held at Clacton Town Hall for winners of the competition.
The awards were presented by the Vice Chairman of Tendring Council, Councillor Peter De-Vaux Balbirnie, assisted by his wife, Mavis. Also present were Mr John White the Chairman of the Judges Panel, Alan Roast of 'Snappy Snaps' Clacton a Panel Judge and sponsor of the competition and Mike Vaughan Chatfield from the North Essex Photographic Workshop who organised the competition.
