MEMBERS' DIARY 2008.

Members' Diary is a new facility for updating members about forthcoming projects and exhibitions.

The following is a list of exhibitions and projects planned for 2008.
Please note the dates for submitting work to Cliff for the various venues.
In order to provide a eye catching display please use your imagination
and do not provide LANDSCAPES, SUNSETS and SUN RISES for the Exhibitions,
as they will not be displayed unless they are really exceptional.
For exhibitions the minimum print size is 10” x 8” and the maximum is A3.
The modern method of mounting prints is FLUSH MOUNTED
Details will be updated when required.



2008

April,
Clacton Central Library.

Members choice of subject, 2 prints per member, all new.
Prints required on 25th MARCH 2008.

June,
Prints for the Local Paper.

Your 2 best prints of the Year. Prints required by the June 10th SIZE 10”x8” or A4 Unmounted.
Please let me know what your subject is by 8th APRIL2008

July,
Tendring Hundred Show.

12th July 2008 Education Tent, The subjects are FIELD TO FORK and CROP TO SHOP
The display will consist of panels of 2 or 4 images. We have 80ft to fill so please let me know the areas you are covering by 8th APRIL 2008.
In The NEPW tent a display of photographic techniques, possibly Social Documentary.

August,
Westcliff Theatre

Member choice of subject 4 prints per Member, all new Prints required on 29th JULY 2008

November,
Slide Competition.

All Images in by 4th NOVEMBER 2008, in order That we can convert to slides

December,
Westcliff Theatre.

Possibly the week after Christmas ,details later when I know how much space we have.
Prints, I estimate will be required around the 28th DECEMBER 2008
